Dear ones,
Recently there is so much written about suicide prevention and the help available that I couldn't help myself from writing a post. Depression and suicidal thoughts are very real and isolation and loneliness is growing like a cancer. I hope this poem helps someone.

I know how life can be But please do know You aren't alone in this
None of us are We are not here-
to see through other people
We are here
to see people through. The end could actually be a bend.
Don't give up on Him
For what we can't do
in twenty years
He can finish
in twenty minutes.
