Few weeks back - It was a usual evening. I tried to finish all the pending tasks on my to do list and in my hurry, I went to the kitchen without my slippers and Ouch! Cracked heels. This is the first time I have had them. Random see-saw in weather as Spring was just beginning and running after the child than my own self is another reason to blame. I didn't believe that they were really a thing. As I sat and applied some cream - my thoughts wandered.
It isn't funny how we ignore so many things in Life and notice something only when there is pain.
Pain wants us to notice or be aware of something. Louise Hay recommends to do a small meditation to know what is that the body wants us to know. Absolutely! Don't be afraid of pain.
