Learnings from eating Bhel

I was in India recently and I ate all the street junk food that I was craving. The craze for Bhelpuri is common in our 3 people family. We bought a nice packet of sookha bhelpuri to satisfy our cravings.

I like the puffed rice and also the crispy wheat poori. My son doesn't like it. Win-win. :D

While eating the crispy poori - I wondered about the reason I like it and the reason we fought for it.

Is it mostly because it is rare? Such a pity and disgrace for what is in abundance. What would happen if there were more pooris and less kurmura? What would happen if they were equal. What would happen if diamonds weren't rare? More questions than answers :(
